Product Description

This is multi heads and spindles 3d cnc engraving machine, mainly used in the processing of cylindrical objects, such as a cylindrical craft, cylinder furniture accessories, stair railing, cylindrical musical instruments and so on. 

Main features
1. 2.2KW or 3.0KW constant water cooling spindle(optional HQD or HSD spindle), high precision, long life time, steady working, easy to start up.
2. 8 spindles 8 rotation axis, rotation axis diameter optional 100mm, 150mm, 200mm etc 
3. Thicken square pipe structure, well welded,no distortion for whole structure. 
4. Adopt Taiwan square orbit, double slippers. Bearing heavy, working steadily high precision, and long life time.
5. Control system: 4 axis DSP controller system, optional Mach3, NCstudio control system
6. Support scanners,direct support ,Art CAM,Type3,Wen tai,carving and many other G-code format generated by CAD/CAM
7. Adopt high speed step motor and drivers 
8. Dust collector (contain dust collector pump and dust collector pipes), for sucking away the dusts, such as wood dusks and so on.
