Home made Mini CNC Laser Engraving Machine
This machine can cut and engrave on the acrylic, metal, fabric, the max thickness can cut and engrave on the acrylic is: 20mm. We have many size of laser machine, as working size: 1300X900mm, 1300X2500mm, 600X900mm, 1400X1000mm 1600X1000mm and so on. Laser tube has 60W, 80W, 100W, 120W, 150W, using the Beijing RECI, or Chengdu Weegiant, having the honey nest table and the blade table.
Honey nest table fit for the soft materials, like leather, cloth, paper, fiber...
Blade table: Can withstand heavy materials, can hold 200kg, materials, suitable for cutting and engraving hard materials, like wood, acrylic and so on.
Features
1. The imported linear guide way ensures the high precision and the long service.
2. The stepper motor guarantees cutting and engraving smooth. We also have the SEVEO, The motor can be choice. But price is higher than the stepper motor.
3. With red light positioning device accurately indicates the location of the processing of the laser head, eliminate the trouble about the manual positioning.
4. High quality laser tube provides the strong beam and long service life.
5. More scientific design and high strength steel-frame structure, which increase the fuselage strength more than 40% to prevent the machine from distortion during long time work.
6. The anti-pollution design improves the stability of the whole machine greatly.
7. Configure higher power laser tube. Beijing RECI LASER TUBE, can be over 10000 hours.
