This edge bander is ideal for building an automatic production line. Stability andcontrollability are the most important factors for an equipment to be part of production line.
This edge bander is not just a combination of two edge banders. It is based ona heavy duty Y movement rail frame and driven by a high accuracy servo control system.
The software control can be easily and reliably integrated to a production line control system.
The order of processing is as follows:
Pre-miling → Gluing → End Cutting → Rough Trim → Fine Trim → Scraping → Buffing
Application:
Edge banding machine is used to cover the exposed sides of materials such as plywood, particle board or MDF, giving the appearance of a solid (or more valuable) material. Can also be used instead of features such as face frames or molding.
